We recommend that you read the following terms and conditions before placing an order with us.

Delivery of your parcel will be completely FREE of charge provided that we are able to use Royal Mail delivery services. If, however, you select a courier delivery service there will be a flat charge of £12 per parcel.

For any destination outside of the UK please contact us at queries@knottoys.com and we will advise you of the cost of shipping your parcel.

If, for any reason, we cannot despatch you order within 48 hours of receiving it we will e-mail you with the reason why and details of when you can expect to receive your toys. If this is not acceptable to you we will cancel the order and offer you a full refund with our sincere apologies.

We conduct quality inspections on all our toys before we despatch them to you to ensure they are in perfect condition. If, however, you receive your toys and they are damaged in any way we will ask you to return them to us, at our expense, and offer you a replacement or a full refund on your order. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your toys at queries@knottoys.com and we will advise you how to return them to us and provide you with details of refunds, timescales etc.

If you simply change your mind about your toys you can still return them to us provided this is done within 14 days of receiving them and that you have notified us by e-mail to advise that you are returning them. Once we have received your e-mail we will advise you how to proceed and give you an estimate of the timescales involved with your refund. The postage costs will not be reimbursed to you in this instance but we will issue a full refund on the toys once we have received them back, complete in their original packing and in a resaleable condition. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we recommend you send it using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

We are a UK company so all our prices are indicated in GB pounds sterling. If you are purchasing from overseas your card issuer will convert the costs into your local currency. Please note that we only accept payment by credit or debit card over the internet and do not accept any other payment methods.

We utilise the services of World Pay to ensure your transaction is secure and the encryption of your personal data means that it cannot be read by anyone else. We do not retain any credit card details after the transaction has been completed.

We keep the basic information that you provide us with including your name, address, e-mail address and contact telephone numbers along with details of the items you order from us. These details are never passed to anyone else. We may wish to contact you in the future with a newsletter or information about new products. However, we won’t do this unless you tick the box at the time of your order to allow us to contact you.
