Payment Questions

When will I be charged?

When you reach the final billing page and press 'Proceed to payment' you will be taken to the Worldpay payment screen. Once you have entered your details we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

If the payment is authorised, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken from your account shortly afterwards.

If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an e-mail will be sent to you to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot despatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.

If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will be able to try again in case you have entered your card details incorrectly.

As we are a UK company, all charges shown on the website are GB pounds. If you are purchasing from overseas, your card issuer will convert the charge into your local currency.

Do your prices include UK VAT ?

All the prices on this website include UK VAT charged at 17.5%. Knot toys is VAT registered number 842528229 and the amount of VAT paid on each order is listed on your email receipt.

Do you accept payment by cheque?

We prefer that you pay by credit card when purchasing from knottoys. We realise that this may not be possible for some playgroups, nurseries and other organisations who would like access to our products. If this is the case we are able to accept payment by cheque and will despatch goods once the cheque has cleared through our account.
