Will you be getting any more in?

Occasionally some items will be out of stock or be removed from the site altogether if discontinued. If you are interested in a particular item that you have seen previously on our site please e-mail us at queries@knottoys.com and we will try and advise you whether we are likely to stock the item again in the future – and, if so, when.

I need more information about a product

We include as much information as possible about a product on the product page itself. Usually, more detailed information like product sizing and weight can be found towards the bottom of the page. If you need more detailed information please e-mail queries@knottoys.com quoting the product name, which can be found on the product page.

I saw this item in an advert but cannot find it on your site

The product I ordered is now reduced. Can you refund me the difference?

Our best selling lines are occasionally offered at reduced prices. These products are picked at random and the percentage discount varies by product. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you in advance or reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.

What items are suitable for a child of x years?
