I am having problems using the knot toys website or have encountered an error
Before
contacting knot toys we recommend that if you are using a PC, then you check for
updates on your computer using the Windows Update tool.

To help us look into your problem please try to include in your email as many
of the following details as possible:
Your Operating System (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OS 10.2)
Internet Browser (Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 0.9 etc)
What URL you were trying to access (e.g. http://www.knottoys.com/products/index.php)
What time the problem occurred
Please cut and paste into the email any error message that appeared on the screen
Does the website use cookies?
The knot toys website uses cookies to record information about the items in your
basket and your purchasing options. We do not use cookies to track visitors or
gather marketing information. If you are experiencing problems using the knot toys
website, please check that your browser can accept cookies. If you are on a corporate

I’m getting lots of pop-up ads when viewing your site
Knot toys does not endorse any pop-up advertising that appears during your
visit to our site. This intrusion is commonly known as spyware and we recommend removing
it by using a tool such as Ad-aware, which
is available to download here
