Terms & Conditions

We recommend that you read the following terms and conditions before placing an order with us.

Delivery Information

Delivery of your parcel will be completely FREE of charge within the UK unless you select a courier delivery service for there will be a flat charge of £6 per parcel. On receipt of your order we are legally bound to send you the goods you have ordered, as described on our product page, and we will contact you by email or by phone if this is not possible for any reason. We try to re-use clean packaging materials and boxes where possible and your parcel may arrive in a box that has been used before or branded with another product. We do this to keep our costs down and to help the environment.

For any destination outside of the UK the cost of shipping will be dependent on weight. A full list of overseas postage charges is listed on the Customer Service page. The weight of each product is listed on its' detailed description. However, if you are in any doubt about the cost of shipping an item overseas please contact us at rachel.alexander@knottoys.com and we will be happy to help.

If, for any reason, we cannot despatch you order within 48 hours of receiving it we will e-mail you with the reason why and details of when you can expect to receive your toys. If this is not acceptable to you we will cancel the order and offer you a full refund with our sincere apologies.

Returns Information

We conduct quality inspections on all our toys before we despatch them to you to ensure they are in perfect condition. If, however, you receive your toys and they are damaged in any way we will ask you to return them to us, at our expense, and offer you a replacement or a full refund on your order. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your toys at rachel.alexander@knottoys.com and we will advise you how to return them to us and provide you with details of refunds, timescales etc.

If you simply change your mind about your toys you can still return them to us provided this is done within 14 days of receiving them and that you have notified us by e-mail to advise that you are returning them. Once we have received your e-mail we will advise you how to proceed and give you an estimate of the timescales involved with your refund. The postage costs will not be reimbursed to you in this instance and we will issue a full refund on the toys once we have received them back, complete in their original packing and in a resaleable condition. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we recommend you send it using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit / debit cards and our secure payment system is provided by Secure Trading

We are a UK company so all our prices are indicated in GB pounds sterling and include the current rate of VAT for the UK. If you are purchasing from overseas your card issuer will convert the costs into your local currency. Please note that we accept payment by credit or debit card over the internet and are happy to accept cheques posted to us.

We utilise the services of Secure Trading to ensure your transaction is secure and the encryption of your personal data means that it cannot be read by anyone else. We do not retain any credit card details after the transaction has been completed.
